She draws its inspiration from Greek traditional architecture and the Greek landscape.
Katerina Kostogiannou is a Painter - Civil Engineer and
has been painting since 1980. She specialized in techniques of watercolor, acrylic and oil painting with a wide thematic breadth. It draws its inspiration from Greek traditional architecture and the Greek landscape.
Her works depict with realism images of the diverse Greek environment, isolating and idealizing the elements those that characterize the particularity of each place. Plasticity in the composition of volumes, the forms created by light and shadow, above in popular architecture, through a completely personal look, they create dreamlike paintings.
Her works are in galleries and private collections in Greece, France, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, USA, Macao and elsewhere. He has held 8 solo exhibitions in Athens, Mykonos, Paris (sub the auspices of the Greek Embassy) and Luxembourg (at its invitation there of the Greek Embassy for the promotion of our country)
